Website: Top left menu (3 lines on top left) > Service Center > Change Bank A/c

AppHome page → Menu (bottom right) → Mutual Funds →  Service Center → Change Bank A/c.

Enter the new bank details, upload a document (if asked by the system) to verify the details, and submit the request. We will first update your dashboard and then also update the mutual fund folios in which you have invested (if any).

Important points to note:

1. If you have not made any investments yet, then you can either upload your latest bank statement or your canceled cheque that has your name, account number, IFSC code, and account type (such as savings, NRE, NRO) clearly pre-printed on it as your old and new bank proofs.

2. If you are an invested user (have any folios present), then we're afraid your options are slightly limited. Mutual fund companies in such cases are very strict, and they only accept canceled cheques (for the old and new bank) that has your name, account number, IFSC code, and account type (such as savings, NRE, NRO) clearly pre-printed on it

3. If you have an auto-debit set up with the old bank account, this will be canceled. You can apply for a new auto debit once the new bank account has been updated on your dashboard.

If you simply wish to add a secondary bank account (this cannot have auto-debit), then you can refer to this FAQ.
